There are times with Parkinson's disease we feel like giving up,
This is only natural to have these feeling occasionally
I know that if do my exercises, I will feel better.
With my exercises, I try to do a routine each morning.
By doing so, I feel like I am battling and winning
the fight against Parkinson's.
I go outside to feel good about life
To be able to combat depression.
I also meditate and pray,
Thanking God for giving me this day.
This afternoon, I golfed with my husband.
By the fourth hole I was ready to quit.
But hope whispered,
let's try it one more time,
I continued playing after the fourth
and succeeded to finish the sixth.
I try to do all that I can.
Please don't look at what you can't do.
Always look at what you accomplished.
Looking at the positive side
and not the negative.
Helps many to feel happiness within.
So put a smile on your face
